It's your event. We will see your vision through to make it a reality. Spice Catering is a full service catering company for any type of private event you can imagine. Whether you have a specific vision or would like us to create a vision for you, we have over 20 years of successful events behind us. For events with at least two weeks planning time, we can provide the food and service that will perfectly celebrate the occasion.

From Vision to Plan


Billy explains that Spice Catering acts more like an event planner than a caterer. He says, “We assume responsibility for the entire event - rentals, bar service, wait staff - we’re a full service catering company. We handle everything from beginning to end. And if they need professionals we can help them with referrals including bands, DJs, photographers.”



We recommend you have your budget in mind and as many ideas and as much detail as you can. We never impose our will. We offer suggestions of what we have done and what we would recommend but this is your event. We will help you every step of the way but have a vision and budget in mind and we will make it come to fruition.


We can accommodate specialty items, food and drink from your family traditions, whether they be ethic, cultural or religious. No request is too unusual - so just ask!
